We are opening our first home Willow Cottage this Autumn in Doncaster. Willow Cottage is a 3 bedroom children's home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties up until they turn 18 years old.

Fun and Playful
If you enjoy being there, our children will enjoy being there. We want to create fun and playful environments where children can make memories and enjoy fun activities such as going to theme parks, holding games nights in the home and also going on holiday. We expect all of our Adults to support with all activities.

Team Support
Our Director has experience and knowledge of the children's home sector and understands what it takes to help children thrive. Our Responsible Individual and Registered Manager are always on hand to provide dedicated support to all Adults and have the experience and knowledge to help.

Amazing Pay
Our pay rate starts at £12.50 per hour for unqualified Adults with no experience and rise up to £15.50 per hour. We pay additional money to Seniors and Deputies who complete monthly on call support to the home. Adults also get an additional £60 per every sleep they do.

Work / Life Balance
Although if you are full time, you would be expected to complete 173 hours per month, these are on shift, therefore you get a lot of time off work in between. Shifts would work on a 2 on 4 off basis with Seniors and Deputys supporting monthly on an on call rota for the home.

Therapeutic Deputy
Our Therapeutic Deputy is our second in command to our Manager, they are caring, passionate and loving towards children. If you have a level 3 and experience in Children's homes, apply for this role!
Therapeutic Senior
If you have experience working in children's homes and want a step up into a senior role, this is the one for you. You will support to lead the team, providing safeguarding advice as well support to the Manager and Deputy.
Therapeutic Carer
We are taking on experienced, qualified and non-experienced care workers now. We will provide your training and qualifications if you do not already have them. If you want to make a difference, apply to us now.
Therapeutic Bank Carer
Not sure if the role is for you, or you can't commit to full time hours, join us on a bank basis. No experience or qualifications are needed just a genuine care towards children and positive can do attitude.
